Kristin Rebecca defines the term modern folk. With a background in classical voice, lever harp and folk guitar Kristin combines elements from each field to forge a new sound in a traditional genre. Her storytelling lyrics weave tales taking the listener through songs based on real life events, mythology, or her imagination. Not just a songwriter, Kristin is a composer as well, writing original tunes ranging from up-tempo jigs to contemplative airs. From intimate concert venues to major music festivals, Kristin has enchanted audiences around the country.
